My passion for fitness is rooted in my love for sport since a young age. I have played several sports growing up as well into my adult life, most notably woman’s tackle football. Having played for Team Canada, in the states for Detroit, as well as still currently playing for the Calgary rage woman’s team for 9 years and counting.

My football background led me to have years of experience lifting weights and working with coaches and trainers which has showed me how important they are not just in an athlete’s life, but for anyone that is looking to build a strong, resilient, and healthy body the best way possible.

I began my journey at Renegade over a year ago and love coaching different demographics of people from those that have never been to the gym before and I can help them become more confident in their body, and movement to individuals that have a past background in sport and looking to get back in shape and perform even better than they did in their past.
