  • We take all new potential clients through an intro session. This consists of a sit down coaching consultation and an on the floor movement assessment. From there together with the coach we can lay out the most optimal fitness roadmap for you!

  • We’re glad you mentioned it. We provide nutrition resources to all our clients and guide them in learning how to flexibly eat for their specific goals.

  • We take you through a 60-minute introductory session, which is one part coaching consult and one part movement assessment. This is so you can come to check out the facility and meet with one of the coaches so we can get properly aquatinted.

    Your intro will start off with a sit down with one of the coaches to gather information to understand what exactly your goals are, where you are currently at with lifestyle and nutrition, and what obstacles you may be facing.

    From there we asses how your body moves, checking out your joints, posture, and foundational movement patterns, so your coach can prescribe you the best fit service that will be safe, and effective for you!
