Small group Training

Have some friends that keep saying they want to get back into shape, but can’t seem to get traction, or even get started?   You can build your own small group with friends or reserve a spot in one of our signature Renegade Team Training groups. Workouts are  coached by a RTC trainer and provide you with a chance to push yourself safely and effectively toward your goals!

Charity Team Training

 Every Saturday we  run a charity team training workout with the mission to help people get better while at the same time doing good for the community. A time for everyone to get a little better, a little more inspired, motivated and connected!! You’ll have a blast and you’ll torch fat!
