After spending more than two decades in law enforcement, I transitioned into coaching with a passion for helping people build strength, confidence, and resilience—both inside and outside the gym. I understand that everyone’s journey is different, which is why I focus on personalized coaching, quality movement, and creating an environment where people feel supported from day one.

My coaching is built on a foundation of evidence-based training and pain-free performance. As a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer and Pain-Free Performance Specialist (PPSC), I prioritize movement quality first helping clients move efficiently, build strength safely, and reduce unnecessary stress on their bodies.
Rather than forcing everyone into the same program, I assess how you move and tailor your training to your goals, experience, injury history, and lifestyle.
The focus is simple: move well, get stronger, build resilience, and create sustainable progress that carries over into everyday life—not just your workouts.
