Our Strong Group personal training was created so that our clients could have an affordable solution to building strength, lean muscle, and performance.

Strong Group training sessions focus on lifting weights, building strength, burning fat, cardiovascular conditioning, and improving performance.

The team designs in house structured and purposeful monthly programs to ensure we are building well rounded and strong bodies. The coach will guide you through the entire workout, ensuring you are learning and executing the movements, and when necessary adjusting exercises and weights in session to the individual. The coaches oversee every part of the training so it’s safe, effective, fun, and challenging and you’ll never get bored.

Are you new to strength training and don’t know if you’re ready to jump right into a group class? Taken a hiatus from training, or have some minor issues you are worried about? Let us make it easy for you.

With our Renegade Strong On-Ramp program, you will work 1on1 with a coach for 5 sessions to learn and build confidence in your movements before hopping into the group environment with 14 FREE days!
