Born here in Cowtown, I was fortunate to participate in a multitude of sports growing up, mainly hockey. Over the years I learned from some truly great coaches both on and off the ice. I learned the importance of teamwork, how to overcome adversity and develop discipline.

 Through injuries and a few health scares I learned much about the body and what it’s capable of when the right inputs are applied. I learned that when it comes to improving health, the right inputs need to be applied consistently over time.

My goal is to help you develop into the best possible version of yourself. Your body is your vehicle through life, and I will give you the tools to maintain and improve it. 

Training philosophy-

The spokes in the wheel of what I believe creates a more complete training philosophy are not exclusive to pumping iron in the gym (though it might be my favourite).

Mindset, nutrition, recovery, and environment optimization all work together to support and elevate your hard efforts in the gym!
