Growing up I was lucky to part of a family that has always been involved in sports and physical activity. I was on the wrestling team and playing hockey for several years which developed my love of fitness and the gym. I knew as I got older that being able to share my love for all things fitness was the road I was going to take. I have completed the MRU Diploma program and am extremely happy to have landed at Renegade. I am a sponge for new knowledge to be the best trainer and mentor to others as I can..

With the ever-growing industry and new things coming out every day I want to ensure I am able to adapt to the needs of every client and take an evidence-based approach to my training. I believe in giving my clients the tools they need to build their body and mind while implementing multiple discipline within fitness from raw strength to speed and athletics to become well rounded, healthy, and live at their best!
