I have always been into physical activity and started working out when I was 16 years old. Main sport - basketball - played since I was 7 years old.
8 years ago, I really wanted to participate in my first body building competition. Unfortunately, I got hit with a torn ACL/ meniscus and some shoulder issues that kept me out. Ever since, I haven't been into bodybuilding. Instead, I like to train in ways where I get the best benefits without pain.
If you weren't a trainer what would you be? I would definitely be in the Food and Beverage industry. Something like owning a food truck or coffee shop.
