I was a competitive athlete in a variety of sports throughout my entire childhood, so being strong and active has always been very important to me. But I was a late bloomer when it came to my education and didn’t decide to pursue Kinesiology until 2009 after living overseas. Since obtaining my degree I’ve been fortunate enough to work with people of all ages, training abilities and sport backgrounds, from high-level athletes to formerly sedentary individuals just looking to become a better, stronger version of themselves. 

If you weren't a trainer what would you be? A travel photographer or something involving forensics.
