I’ve been coaching people for 10 years, and I love it. My training style is relatively simple, because that’s what works best. My job is to figure out where you are and to create the safest and most effective path forward. You’re the star of your journey, I’m simply your guide. When I’m your coach, we’ll work together to build a health and fitness program that is based on scientific principles of training, but more importantly, fits within the context of your lifestyle.
